How to Order

1. From the home page, click on the calendar you would like to buy.
2. Click the coloured text link "Upload Images or Request a Calendar Post Pack" to start your order process.
3. Choose whether you would like to upload your digital images, or have a Calendar Post Pack sent to you to return your photographs in. See below for more details about the Calendar Post Pack option.
4. If uploading your images, click on the month you want to upload. In the popup window, choose your image from your computer. Once you have chosen, click on "Upload". Your image will then start uploading to our web site. Once the upload has completed, the upload window will close, and your image will appear in the specified month.
5. Type your caption for the month in the caption text box provided beneath the month. Please note that you can leave captions blank if you do not want them.
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until you have filled all your months and front cover.
7. Click "Add to Basket".
8. Review your shopping basket, and when ready, click "Check out".
9. Fill in your personal details, choose a shipping method, and click on the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
10. You will be redirected to PayPal, where you can either pay using Credit Card or with a PayPal account if you have one.
11. After completing your order, you will be redirected to our web site where you will be able to print your order receipt.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt.

Calendar Post Pack

Once your order has been placed and paid for, we will send you a Calendar Post Pack by post. The pack includes:-

1. An easy "How to do it" guide and form.
2. A FREEPOST hard-backed envelope for you to return your photographs to us.
3. Entry into our prize draw to receive next year’s calendars absolutely free.

Follow the "How to do it" guide, and return the pack in the FREEPOST envelope provided.

Format of Photographs Sent by Post

• Photographs can be landscape or portrait, black and white or colour, and will be automatically adjusted to fit the space in the calendars. Children’s artwork and poems all look great when mixed with photographs to provide an interesting and varied gift.
• Digital photographs may be sent on 3.5" floppy disk, Zip disk, CD Rom (PC or Mac format), or you can save time and just send us the camera disk. Photographs should be high quality .jpg format - if possible, saved in a Baseline format. Note that highly compressed or low resolution files will inevitably give lower quality results.
• Each image should be between 1MB and 3MB in file size or 300dpi to ensure good quality. You can check the file size of your image by right-clicking it and choosing "Properties". If your file is above 3MB, please open it in with the image processing software that came with your digital camera, and save it at a lower quality. If you do not know how to save at a lower quality, please consult the software manual.

Whilst we take good care of your photographs, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may occur. If your photographs are valuable, we suggest making copies of them at your local photo processing lab and sending us the copies.

Format of Images when Uploading

• Images of 3 megapixels (2000 pixels by 1500 pixels) or larger will provide good print quality. However, we cannot process images of 16 megapixels (4000 pixels by 4000 pixels) or larger via the website.
